Day School Enrollment Fees - $450.00

Enrollment fees consist of a $125.00 Registration Fee and a $325.00 Activity/Supply Fee. For each child, you must pay an annual non-refundable Registration Fee and annual non-refundable Activity/Supply Fee (cash or check only), which are due at the time of enrollment. Registration Fee includes building, insurance, and other administrative costs. Activity/Supply Fee includes classroom supplies, class bag, in-house field trips, and other materials and activities. Fees are non-refundable unless we cannot place your child. Westbury Methodist Day School registration is a September through May commitment.

Parent's Day Out Enrollment Fee - $400.00

All Parent's Day Out students pay an annual non-refundable $125.00 Registration Fee and a $275.00 Activity/Supply Fee (cash or check only), which is due at the time of enrollment. Parent's Day Out registration is a September through May commitment.

Extended Care Application Fee - $200.00

For each child, you must pay an annual non-refundable application fee for Extended Care (cash or check only), which is due at the time of enrollment.

Summer Program Registration Fee - $75.00

For each child, you must pay a non-refundable Registration Fee (cash or check only), which is due at the time of enrollment. The Registration Fee is non-refundable unless we cannot place your child. This fee includes supplies, insurance, and other administrative costs.

Registration Refund Policy

Our Enrollment Fees are non-refundable. There is one exception to our refund policy.  If the school is unable to place your child, then the fee will be refunded.

Extended Care

The rates for Extended Care vary according to the number of days and the length of time the child is enrolled. Extended Care fees are paid with tuition and are due in advance. A Late Fee will be assessed at $5.00 per minute beginning at 4:01 p.m. or 5:31 p.m. as determined by the clock at the school office. All Extended Care fees are in addition to the Day School fees.

Day School Discounts

Each family is entitled to only one type of discount, if applicable. A per family discount begins with the second child’s tuition. All must all be enrolled in Twos, Threes, or Pre-K.

  • Church Members: $25.00 monthly deduction per family.

  • Multiple Children: $25.00 monthly deduction per family beginning with the second child's tuition.

Summer PDO Program Discounts

Each family is entitled to only one type of discount, if applicable. A per family discount begins with the second child’s tuition. Children must be enrolled for the same sessions for discounts to apply.

  • Church Members: $15.00 monthly deduction family.

  • Multiple Children: $15.00 monthly deduction per family.


Methods of Payment

Enrollment in the Day School is a nine-month commitment. There are three methods in which parents may pay tuition:

  • Cash or Check: Payment may be paid by check or cash and is due on the first school day of the month. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for any payment that is not made by 5:00 p.m. on the second school day of each month. A $40.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

  • Direct Payment: Direct payment may be set up to have monthly tuition paid to the school through an Auto Pay system. Tuition will be drafted from either a checking or savings account on the 4th of each month (September–May). Parents must sign up for this option by completing an “Auto Pay of Tuition” form.

  • Credit Card: You may pay by credit card through the Procare Tuition Express portal. A 2% transaction fee applies for all credit card payments.

Absences, Holidays, & School Closures: Credit is not given for a child’s absence or days the school is not in session. This includes childhood illnesses, family vacations, temporary exclusion, and holidays. Tuition is non-refundable. We follow the HISD school holiday calendar, excluding teacher work days and professional development days. If necessary, the school will close for inclement weather or other emergencies. We WILL follow HISD closings and on some occasions, we may need to close our school even if HISD remains open. We will notify parents by phone calls or e-mails. No refunds will be given for school closures resulting from a natural or manmade disaster, inclement weather, and/or emergency-related closings such as caused by a pandemic.
