What We’re Looking for:
· A genuine passion for early childhood education
· A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching style
· Ability to create and maintain a warm, engaging, and structured classroom environment
· Knowledge of child development principles and best practices for early learning
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
· At least 1 year of experience working with young children in a classroom or child care setting
· CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
· Strong organization and documentation skills
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit for working with families and team members
· Commitment to the mission and values of our faith-based educational environment
