Extended Care

The rates for Extended Care vary according to the number of days and the length of time the child is enrolled. Extended Care fees are paid with tuition and are due in advance. A Late Fee will be assessed at $5.00 per minute beginning at 4:01 p.m. or 5:31 p.m. as determined by the clock at the school office. All Extended Care fees are in addition to the Day School fees.

(Includes Registration Fee + Activity/Supply Fee)

Summer Program

Registration Fee: $75

All enrollment and registration fees are non-refundable unless the school is unable to place your child. Enrollment is a September–May commitment.


Tuition Discounts

Eligible families may receive:

  • Multiple Child Discount

Only one discount may be applied per family.


Payment Information

Enrollment at Westbury Methodist Day School is a nine-month commitment. Tuition is non-refundable and is due monthly September–May.

Payment Options:

  • Cash or Check
    Payments are due on the first school day of each month. A $25 late fee applies after 5:00 p.m. on the second school day. Returned checks incur a $40 fee.

  • Auto Pay (Checking or Savings Account)
    Monthly tuition may be drafted automatically on the 4th of each month through our Auto Pay system.

  • Credit Card
    Credit card payments may be made through the Procare Tuition Express portal. A 2% transaction fee applies.


Attendance & School Closures

Tuition credits or refunds are not provided for absences, holidays, vacations, illness, weather closures, or emergency-related school closings. The school generally follows the HISD holiday calendar.
