Celebrating Summer 2024
We had an amazing Adventure Awaits summer program! We did a little bit of everything and had so much fun. We explored the pond, sky, woods, beach, desert, and camping. Hurricane Beryl was tough, but we were tougher. Plus, we celebrated the Fourth of July and the Summer Olympics.

Olympic Parade & Ceremony
The children have loved learning all about the Olympic Games this summer! As a fun finale, we are having a sweet and simple parade with closing ceremony as part of the children's music class.
Please wear red, white, and blue for the parade tomorrow! Each child will receive a gold medal. Children will also enjoy a popsicle. We will send a photo home for parents to see.

Due to the current tropical storm warning, flood watch, and severe weather advisory in Harris County, as well as potential for warning upgrades and storm impacts as hurricane Beryl approaches Texas with expected landfall on Monday morning, Westbury Methodist Day School will be closed on Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
We continue to monitor weather conditions and
