Update: Hurricane Beryl

Due to the current tropical storm warning, flood watch, and severe weather advisory in Harris County, as well as potential for warning upgrades and storm impacts as hurricane Beryl approaches Texas with expected landfall on Monday morning, Westbury Methodist Day School will be closed on Monday, July 8 and Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

We continue to monitor weather conditions and

will send updates as necessary. We may need to close the school based on area flooding or impact to the building. We will notify parents through phone calls from the teacher if possible, as well as by e-mail, social media, and our Web site at westburymethodistdayschool.org/news.

Storm Damage Closure Friday, May 17

Due to widespread storm damage in the Houston area, Westbury Methodist Day School will be closed on Friday, May 17, 2024. School is expected to resume on Monday, May 20, 2024. We follow HISD closings and on some occasions, we may need to close our school even if HISD remains open.
